sacchitsetiya.com is run by Sacchit Setiya, an independent real estate consultant in Delhi NCR (“we”, “us”). We are the data fiduciary for the personal data you share on this website.

• What you enter in our forms: your name, mobile number and, if you give them, your email address, the property or configuration you are interested in, and your message.
• How you reached us: the page you used and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid).
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and cookies set by the Meta Pixel (see below).

• To call, message or WhatsApp you about the property you asked about, share price sheets and floor plans, and arrange site visits.
• To measure which of our advertisements work and to show our advertisements to people likely to be interested.
• To keep the website secure and block spam.

We use your contact details only after you agree to be contacted by ticking the consent box or by sending us your details. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing connect@sacchitsetiya.com or replying “STOP” on WhatsApp; we will then stop contacting you. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact made before it.

This website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. When you visit a page or submit an enquiry, we share event details with Meta Platforms, including your IP address, browser details, cookie identifiers and, for enquiries, your mobile number, name and email in hashed (encrypted, non-readable) form. Meta uses this to measure and improve our advertisements. Meta’s use of this data is covered by its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. To do any of this, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.
